Cornerstone DEC is a small group of professionals dedicated to providing superior designs including:

Founded in 1998 by Christopher Luna, Cornerstone DEC was fortunate enough to call Chester, CA home for more than 20 years. In 2018 the office relocated to Chico, but we are still lucky enough to maintain our reputation up the hill. With clients ranging from Plumas to Sonoma County, Chris is able to literally jet across California with the help of his newest hobby, his 1958 Piper Comanche.
